Over the winter, a visitor noticed a scary loose block in the Shirt Tail gully.
A lot of rock has moved over the last seven months. Trundling, nature working, even a crew with ‘splosives. The Jeffco trail crew came and helped for a day – they are gods among men, and I will make offerings of hops and yeast unto them.
Today, the intrepid Front Range Trail Team finally took the cherry off the sundae and removed the last block of doom.
And at the same time, the trail up to Shirt Tail is mostly open again. We’ll be working over the next month+ to get it fully restored. Moving forward in all directions.
